About ScrumGames

Trainers who teach Scrum know that people learn the most by doing. Today that usually means Lego, balls and cards on a table, or a free Miro board shared over Zoom.

Those work, but they leave a lot to the facilitator: keeping score, timing rounds, and remembering what happened when it's time for the debrief. ScrumGames gives trainers games built for a big screen and a room full of phones, with scoring, metrics and facilitator controls built in.

The games are made for Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers, and they work just as well online as on a projector.

What we believe

One session, any room
In-person and online groups use the same app and the same session. There's no separate online version to maintain.
Phones as controllers
Participants scan a QR code and play in the browser. No installs, no accounts, and it rejoins automatically when a phone locks.
Debrief over gameplay
The game is there to start a conversation. Automatic scores and charts give the debrief something concrete to talk about.
Original games
Our games are designed from scratch with original names and mechanics, built around Scrum and agile learning goals.

Who's behind it

ScrumGames is owned and run by Mienis Consultancy.
